Our Quality Approach

The main objective of our quality approach is to provide customer satisfaction, in the global sense of the term, and to understand our international markets in order to assure the development and sustainability of the DMS Group.
Our quality management approach is based on the following:
- ISO 9001:2008
- ISO 13485 :2003 including the extension CMD/CAS
- CE Mark – Annex II
More specifically we must:
- Respect the timelines for production as well as for projects
- Control our operating costs
- Assure the conformity of our products and services
The Quality and Customer Satisfaction Director's mission is to 1) guarantee that the management system put into place is adhered to by all the different entities of the DMS Group and 2) coordinate the actions necessary to attain the given objectives. The Management is fully committed to making available the necessary means for obtaining expected results.
